Will Moreau Goins in Chautauqua 2006 as Sequoyah, the creator of the Cherokee syllabary, the means by which anyone speaking
the Cherokee language could become literate. Within one year, 98% percent of his nation became literate in their own language,
which had never before existed in written form.
